These Terms govern your use of AutoListPro (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What AutoListPro does

AutoListPro is a listing-management tool for eBay UK sellers. You connect your own eBay seller account to us via eBay's own OAuth sign-in — we never see or store your eBay password. Using product data you provide or that we help you source, AutoListPro helps you draft, price, and publish listings, and manage feedback, promoted listings and price monitoring, on your own eBay account.

2. Your account and your eBay store

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Your eBay seller account, its listings, and every transaction on it remain entirely yours. AutoListPro is a tool that acts on your instructions — you remain responsible for complying with eBay's own policies (item descriptions, pricing, shipping, VAT, trading standards, and anything else eBay or the law requires of a seller).
Any AI-generated title, description, item specifics, or reply draft (via our "AI SEO" or draft-reply features) is a starting point for you to review before it's published or sent — we don't publish or send anything on your behalf without your action to do so.
You must not use the Service for listings that are illegal, counterfeit, or that breach eBay's own seller policies.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that.
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time before or during the trial from the Billing page and pay nothing.
After the trial, your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time via the self-service billing portal (Billing → Manage billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer refunds for partial periods.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll flag it in your account and give you the chance to update your card before access is suspended.

4. Third-party services we rely on

Providing the Service means we send limited data to a small number of specialist providers on your behalf — never your login password, and never your full payment card details:

eBay — to read and publish listings, orders, and messages on the eBay account you connect.
Stripe — to process subscription payments.
Anthropic (Claude) — to generate AI-drafted titles, descriptions, and message replies from product/listing text you provide, and to read screenshots you upload for our Screenshot Import feature.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free — third-party services we depend on (eBay, Stripe, our hosting provider) can and occasionally do have outages outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AutoListPro is provided "as is." We're not liable for lost sales, eBay account actions (suspensions, restrictions, or policy strikes eBay applies to your account), supplier issues, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Ending your account

You can cancel your subscription and/or delete your account and its data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or eBay's own policies, or misuses the Service. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when your account is deleted.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
